Your impact

• Lay down quality MIG and TIG welds on aluminum, stainless, carbon steel, cast iron, and more
• Work confidently in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Measure, check, and confirm to spec using straightedges and templates
• Cut, burn, fit, and fabricate to create and repair equipment
• Prep joints, assemble and tack, then complete final welds
• Restore worn surfaces and dismantle assemblies using burning equipment
• Follow documented safety procedures and standard processes

Must haves

• High school diploma or GED; welding trade school certificate preferred
• Demonstrated welding technique and equipment operation skill
• Experience with carbon steel and aluminum; exposure to stainless and cast iron
• Wire-feed welding capability
• Mechanical know-how, including hydraulics familiarity
• Fabrication and layout skills for production builds
• Comfort with production welding setups and reading blueprints

Physical demands and environment

• Stand, walk, and sit for long periods
• Move safely around machinery and powered industrial equipment
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Use power tools and vibrating equipment
• On-site presence to support manufacturing requirements
