Role Name: AI Developer Google CES

Location: Remote Dallas, TX

Contract

Must Skills: AI, Google CES, CCAI, DiaglogFlow CX.

Key Responsibilities

Develop conversational AI using Dialogflow CX / CCAI

Build and tune NLP models, intents, and flows

Integrate CES with enterprise systems via APIs

Implement AI services on GCP (Cloud Functions/Run, Pub/Sub)

Monitor and optimize AI performance and conversation analytics

Required Skills

Hands-on Google CES / CCAI, Dialogflow CX

Python or JavaScript

GCP and REST API integrations

Conversational AI / NLP fundamentals

Nice to Have

Vertex AI / GenAI exposure

Contact center or telecom experience

Google Cloud certification
