As a Bartender, these are the results you'll be hired to accomplish:

» ④ Back-of-your-Hand Menu Guidance

PAY

The total compensation for this position will be between $30.00 - $45.00 per hour. We pay an industry-leading base wage of $15 / hour plus tips. Tips are based on your level of hospitality, shifts worked, and how busy we are - the busier, the better! 

WORK SCHEDULE

This position can be part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule designed around the demands of the restaurant. This position will regularly work the busiest shifts of the week, based on daily forecasted sales and special events; typically weekends. Evening shifts are most common, with occasional morning and midday shifts available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Here are some of our must-haves & would-like-to-haves:

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant or bar
• Upscale or fine-dining restaurant experience in a Bartender role - a major plus!
• Must have current ServSafe Food Handler Certification and BASSET Certifications
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Physically able to stand, walk, and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• For part-time positions, must have consistent availability during peak shifts - including nights, weekends, and holidays
• For full-time positions, must have open availability
• Interest in food, cocktails, and hospitality trends - a major plus ! 
• Familiarity with Toast & SevenRooms - a plus!
