Job Overview:

Shooters Waterfront is seeking motivated Bussers to join their accomplished team. Flexible shifts are required, and candidates must possess a great attitude and contribute to the overall fun work environment at Shooters Waterfront.

Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned):

• Reset tables promptly by removing dirty dishes and utensils, cleaning tables, and preparing tables for new guests.
• Inform restaurant staff about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check).
• Present a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Inspect and ensure a clean, safe working environment, notify appropriate departments to handle deficient situations.
• Supports restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environment.
• Practices teamwork during all shifts and supports both FOH and BOH priorities.
• Flexible to assist in other departments as requested.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Follows the direction of the managers on duty.
• Remain in stationary and mobile position throughout work shift.
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of related experience in a service or retail environment.
• Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs., occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Candidates must be available to work flexible hours including morning, afternoons, evening, nights, weekends and or holidays.
• Reliable, consistent work attendance is a requirement and essential function of this position.
