Join the exciting team at the soon-to-open Swedish Hill Cafe! We're seeking passionate Bussers to be a part of our downtown cafe located in the heart of downtown Austin.

As a Busser, you’ll play a key role in keeping our space clean, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll be clearing and resetting tables, refilling drinks, and making sure everything from plates to glassware is where it needs to be.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
• Decorate tables per restaurant standards
• Remove any dirty plates or utensils from tables and replenish, as needed
• Complete all side work as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Excellent customer service and people skills required
• Active TABC required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous busser or food runner experience is a plus
• Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
