What You'll Do Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents. Provides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming. Answers call lights in a timely manner and respond accordingly to the resident's needs. Motivates and encourages resident involvement in the participation in activities. Assists residents to and from activities, dining room, and other functions within the community. Lifting, turning, and re-positioning residents as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Should be organized and self-motivated CPR Certified. Nurse Aide Certification is a plus, but not required. Ability to communicate with co-workers, residents, family members and peers.
