Our client, _a leading organization in the insurance industry_ , is seeking a **Change Management Consultant** to join their team, working Hybrid in Chicago, IL or Remote (CST or EST). As a Change Management Consultant, you will be part of the Operations team supporting the North America COO office. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Change Management Consultant (2 Openings)
**Location:** Remote or Hybrid (Chicago)
**Pay Range:** $38-39/HR + Benefits
**Contract Duration:** 24-Month
**Job Functions:**
+ Review current utilization of tools and compare against targets to identify areas for improvement.
+ Develop strategies to enhance client and field engagement to maximize the benefits of tools and promote process ownership.
+ Organize ongoing training sessions and refreshers to ensure users have the latest information regarding a tool's features and best practices.
+ Utilize communication channels to gather feedback and communicate updates or changes effectively.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to align the tool's functionality with business needs, objectives, and desired client or colleague experience.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree.
+ Proven experience in change management, with a focus on supporting and optimizing existing technologies and processes.
+ Strong analytical skills to assess current usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support users at all levels.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
