Ash & Harris Executive Search is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join our executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for nursing services within the organization.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or related field; Doctorate preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse nursing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
