We’re looking for a bilingual, ultra-organized Concierge Personal Assistant (PA) to support our concierge operations during peak days (Thursday through Sunday). You'll be the key connection between homeowners and our on-island teams, helping make sure everything runs smoothly from special requests to last-minute logistics.
This role covers Thursday through Sunday, our busiest time of the week. You’ll have regular days off early in the week, with the occasional shift during peak seasons or holidays. Flexibility is key, but so is work-life balance.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, remote-friendly team that cares deeply about service, attention to detail, and creating exceptional guest experiences. Every weekend brings something new—and your role will be essential in keeping it all running smoothly.
