This is a remote position.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, verifying, and managing data across various systems to support business operations. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  

• Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  

• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries
  

• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times
  

• Organize and file electronic or paper documents as needed
  

• Generate reports and summaries based on input data
  

• Assist with routine audits and data clean-up tasks
  

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related issues
  

• Perform general administrative support as needed
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus)
  

• Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative support
  

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy (typically 40–60 WPM)
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Basic understanding of databases and file systems
