Position Overview We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in the Duluth, MN area. This role offers both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (up to 30 hours/week) opportunities, with flexible scheduling and ongoing training provided. Key Responsibilities * Support individuals with daily living activities including personal care, household tasks, and meal preparation. * Assist with budgeting, medication administration, and goal achievement. * Transport and accompany individuals to community outings, recreational events, and faith-based activities. (Company vehicles provided.) * Ensure a safe, supportive environment while implementing behavior support strategies. * Foster independence, self-esteem, and community inclusion in all activities. Qualifications Required: * High school diploma or GED * Valid driver’s license * Ability to pass a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check Preferred: * Previous experience or training in supporting individuals with autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities (not required – comprehensive training is provided) * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Passion for helping others and making a positive impact Compensation * Level I DSP: * Weekday Rate: $18.00/hour * Weekend Rate: $19.00/hour Shifts Available * Weekday Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM * Weekend Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PMNote: All staff are required to work one shift every other weekend.
