American Roofing & Waterproofing is growing! We’re seeking reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused drivers to support our roofing crews and job site operations throughout the Valley. Note: This position involves labor duties in addition to driving. Prior experience in roofing or construction is a big plus.

Position Details Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time / Flexible hours
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities 

• Drive company vehicles to transport roofing materials, tools, and equipment
• Load and unload supplies at the yard and job sites
• Assist with basic setup or cleanup when needed
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow daily schedules and supervisor instructions
• Maintain safe driving practices at all times
• Qualifications Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders when needed
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Experience in roofing, delivery, or general labor preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
