Job Title: Graphic/Production Artist & Content Creator Location: Multi-location Motorcycle Dealership Group (4 Dealerships) Employment Type: Full-Time or optional Part Time Position Summary: Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for motorcycles and content creation? Our growing multi-location motorcycle dealership group is seeking a Graphic/Production Artist & Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is responsible for producing compelling and visually impactful content across digital, print, and social platforms that amplifies our brand presence, increases leads drives engagement, and promotes dealership events, products, and experiences. We’re looking for someone with strong creative and technical skills, a knack for storytelling, and a genuine enthusiasm for powersports culture. Key Responsibilities: Content & Collateral Design:

• Conceptualize and design creative marketing assets that align with our brand identity and meet project deadlines.
• Develop a wide range of materials, including website graphics, social media content, digital ads, event flyers, posters, signage, brochures, and in-store promotions.
• Write and/or edit marketing copy for various formats such as social media captions, email campaigns, posters, and short video scripts.
• Create short-form video content for advertising campaigns and weekly social media engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written communications.
• Attend marketing and dealership meetings to stay informed of upcoming promotions and campaigns.

Social Media & Digital Support:

• Support the marketing team by assisting the scheduling and posting content via social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite.
• Support, capture and produce engaging text, photo, and video content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Production Workflow & Organization:

• Use internal tools to track project workflow and maintain organized digital archives.
• Follow established production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Assist with any additional tasks that contribute to the success of the dealerships and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and content projects (digital and print).
• Experience creating short-form video content for digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong written communication and editing abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing, graphic design, or content creation role.
• Experience in or a passion for motorcycles and powersports culture.
• Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Zoho Project, Canva, and website CMS platforms.
