Job Type: Independent Contractor

What you'll do - Individual Coaching Services in accordance with the Healthy Gamer Coaching Standards and HG Institute Curriculum.

• Provide client centered coaching to individuals seeking support with life purpose, motivation, confidence with an emphasis on being present with conversations around self esteem, emotional wellness, stress and burnout, and interpersonal relationships.
• Provide Coaching Services in accordance with your self-determined schedule.
• Provide appropriate documentation for Coaching Services.
• Set and manage your own schedule including client reschedules.

Who you are -

• Have already obtained a valid Coaching Certification through an accredited certifying body such as ICF, NBHWC, etc.
• Have experience providing mental health coaching and/or life coaching.
• Dependable - You recognize that you have a professional and ethical responsibility to your clients.
• A present and engaged listener - you don't feel the need to "fix" anyone and are committed to meeting the client where they are at. You're authentic and approachable.
• Calm and cool in any situation. You have experience dealing with a variety of clients and customers and maintain professionalism.
• Respectful, kind, open-minded and values differences. You are highly accepting of individuals with a variety of backgrounds and identities including but not limited to religion, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliation, age, and disability status.
• Sense of service and motivated to create a positive impact
• Organized, follow-through, documentation, effectively manage client scheduling
• You're an incredible communicator both in written and verbal form
• Speak internet and are tech-savvy
• Not required but considered a plus if you are bi-lingual.
