Internal Medicine Physician

Titan Placement Group is searching for an Internal Medicine Physician in Lakeland, Florida.

This position is with a physician-led, mission-driven internal medicine and primary care group dedicated to empowering adults and seniors through comprehensive wellness and chronic disease management programs. Their mission is to deliver tailored, compassionate care that enhances health outcomes, supported by patient-first services including telemedicine visits, flexible scheduling, and acceptance of most insurance plans including Medicare.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $250,000
• Sign On: $10,000
• 20 days of PTO in the first year
• 7 Paid Holidays
• Health Insurance: Employer covers 100%
• Dental & Vision: Employer covers 100%
• Cell Phone Allowance: $1,200 annually
• Retirement Plan: IRA with 8% match
• Continuing Medical Education (CME): $2,500 allowance and 1 week off
• Malpractice Insurance
• No Weekends

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • 8am-11am: Seeing patients
  • 11am-1pm: Admin Time
  • 1pm-4pm: Seeing patients
• On Call: 1 week every 9 weeks (Usually no more than 6 patients)
• Patient Load: Average of 18 patients per day (15-30 minutes with each patient)
• All Patients 18+, most patients are 45+
• 100% outpatient care

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• New Grads Welcome
