The Point Casino & Hotel, proudly owned and operated by the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, is seeking a Marketing Database Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and guest experience. Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms
Execute email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty campaigns
Maintain accurate guest databases, segmentation, and compliance
Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and player behavior
Develop reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership
Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Finance, and vendors
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and privacy standards
3+ years of experience in database marketing or CRM management
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience with campaign optimization and segmentation
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Casino, gaming, or hospitality experience preferred
Must qualify for a Class III Gaming License
