Job Description

A medical assistant is needed to manage the caseload of our full-time CRNP and provide some in-person support. This is a part-time position where you will be expected to work approximately 25 hours a week from our Kingston and Exeter offices. Job responsibilities will be primarily to manage the caseload of our full-time CRNP. This includes ensuring patients are compliant with office policies, drafting and sending letters when patients are not in compliance, maintaining Excel spreadsheets to monitor patient accounts, answering and returning phone calls from patients, collecting payments for appointments, scheduling and rescheduling appointments when necessary, navigating issues related to prescriptions and refills, and completing requests for records. Responsibilities:

• Monitoring compliance with appointments and paperwork
• Answering and returning calls from patients
• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
• Monitoring patient accounts and collecting payments

Qualifications: • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and independently, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on Saturdays.
