Job Title: Medical Receptionist
Location: Dallas, TX 75231
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours/day)
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $17.50 per hour (based on relevant experience)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Medical Receptionist for an exciting job in Dallas, TX.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage high-volume inbound phone calls
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients and families
Verify patient demographics and insurance information
Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff
Maintain accurate documentation within clinic systems
Support daily front-desk and phone room operations as needed
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a clinic setting
(Urgent Care, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine preferred)
Strong phone etiquette and appointment scheduling experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Experience in a specialty clinic (cardiology or similar) preferred
Familiarity with healthcare scheduling systems and EMRs
