Commercial Waterproofing Project Manager
San Antonio, TX | Full-Time | $80,000–$100,000 + Bonus
We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial waterproofing projects across San Antonio. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the field, leads with integrity, and wants a company that values loyalty, safety, and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do:
Manage multiple projects from kickoff to closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and billing
Ensure safety and quality across all jobsites
Conduct jobsite visits and client meetings
Mentor and support field and office teams
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years in commercial roofing or waterproofing project coordination
Solid understanding of contracts, submittals, and job costing
Strong communication and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
