We are currently seeking a motivated Promotional  Customer Service Representative to support the daily operations of our customer service and sales teams. This is an entry-level opportunity with immediate hiring for individuals eager to build a career in customer support and sales management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer service and sales teams in reaching performance goals

• Help develop and maintain procedures to improve the customer experience

• Assist with training new and less experienced team members

• Monitor and evaluate team performance for quality and timeliness

• Investigate and resolve escalated customer inquiries

• Reinforce company standards and ensure focus on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Required: Associate’s Degree

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

• No experience required—we provide training
