Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Public Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is vital for enhancing our brand's visibility and maintaining a positive image in the media and community at large. Responsibilities:

Draft and distribute press releases to enhance media coverage.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
Assist in the preparation of PR materials and presentations for stakeholders.
Monitor media coverage and create reports on PR activities and outcomes.
Support the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging across platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in public relations or communications roles is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their impact on public relations.
