Crafted Highli ghts:    

In the role of Retail Customer Service Representative working at Employee Sales in Golden, CO , you will be a part of a dynamic team in Guest Relations. Our team members ensure each customer receives a high level of service that elevates and enhances their experience. 

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

• Excellent customer service by way of solid product knowledge of our beverages.
• Help keep our shop looking fantastic by assisting with merchandising and general upkeep.
• Assist your peers with incoming product to make sure it is ready for our customers. This includes driving a forklift to move pallets of product.
• Use of POS system to process transactions and assist with opening/closing of registers.

Key Ingredients:  

• Strong people skills are a must.
• Must be at least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer Service is preferred.
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs and stand for most of your shift.
• As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a background check.
