How you'll contribute:Evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs.Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
