Description A reputable automotive dealership in the Little Rock area is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our administrative team. The Title Clerk will be responsible for handling all documents related to vehicle sales, titling, registration, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities: + Process and submit vehicle titles and registrations to the appropriate state agencies in a timely and accurate manner. + Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. + Prepare tax and title documents, including liens, payoff documentation, and odometer statements. + Monitor and follow up on title issues such as missing information, corrections, and delayed processing. + Maintain accurate records of vehicle titles, payments, and inventory. + Interact with customers, lenders, and DMV offices as needed to ensure smooth and legal processing of vehicle sales. + File and archive documents according to company and legal standards. + Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer and vehicle information. + Assist accounting and sales departments with related administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Prior experience as a Title Clerk in a dealership setting strongly preferred. Familiarity with Arkansas DMV title processing requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in automotive administration is a plus.
