Role Specifics and Benefits: In PACU, your responsibilities center on patient assessment, monitoring vital signs, airway and hemodynamic management, pain control optimization, and timely discharge planning. You’ll coordinate with anesthesia teams, surgeons, nurses, case managers, and recovery staff to maintain patient safety, minimize delays, and facilitate smooth transitions to short-stay units or home. The position fosters professional growth through exposure to complex cases, evidence-based practice, and opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.
