Sales & Service: Manage the booking process from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up, ensuring seamless itinerary management and delivering exceptional customer service.
Research & Expertise: Stay current on global travel trends, emerging destinations, travel advisories, and exclusive supplier promotions.
Problem-Solving: Proactively handle reservation changes, cancellations, and any unexpected travel issues for clients.
