Summary:

The QTI Group is recruiting for temp to hire production workers for a well-known manufacturing company in Reedsburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid work history and previous foundry and forklift experience. This opportunity has hours of 5:00am-1:30pm, Monday through Friday. Pay for this opportunity starts at $19.00/hr with the ability to increase upon hire. Get paid weekly while working for The QTI Group!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the quality of cores and tooling during the production run and notify the supervisor or any quality issues
• Operate core-making equipment or finish cores
• Clean, mud and assemble cores during the machine cycle
• Mark and separate scrap cores from good cores and calculate/report loss
• Complete core inventory tickets and enter into core inventory system

Qualifications:

• Three months experience in a foundry is preferred
• Must have a strong understanding of math and ability to read complicated drawings and formulas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• A pre-employment drug screen and physical will be required
