Job Title: Bilingual Patient Communication Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote (U.S. based)
Schedule: Varies 8AM-8PM
Compensation: $13 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience. (BOE)

Position Summary:
As a Patient Communication Specialist at Dope Doctors, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing support through phone and messaging platforms. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients feel informed, cared for, and connected throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to patient phone calls and messages.
• Provide accurate information regarding medications, appointments, and clinic procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records.
• Deliver empathetic support and guidance to patients throughout their care.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or a call center environment is a plus.
• Must have a computer, reliable internet connection, phone, and a quiet, professional workspace.
