As an Intern, Social Media & Influencer Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work across LG H&Hs family of brands. This role will be actively involved in growing awareness of our brands through experimenting with new tactics and strategies, grounded in data, and creative in approach to grow a fan base for our brands. - Job Title: Intern, Social Media & Influencer Marketing

- Job Position: Part-Time Contractor

- Time Period: 6 months to a year project

- Location: Los Angeles, CA (515 Shatto Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90020)

- Work Type: Hybrid (Office onsite 2-3 times a week)

- Work Hours: 25 to 30 hrs per week (Office hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, PST)

- Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Responsibilities

Social Media Responsibilities

• Assist in developing monthly social media calendars and strategies for product launches and key cultural moments, ensuring alignment across marketing touchpoints
• Manage scheduling, tagging, and publishing across platforms
• Create and adapt content for Stories, Reels, and posts, including writing captions that reflect brand voice
• Monitor daily engagement, respond to community interactions, and flag trending topics and/or conversations
• Stay current on social and beauty/skincare trends and share insights with the team to inform content
• Ideate, film, and edit short-form video content using in-app tools
• Comfortable speaking on camera when needed.

Influencer Responsibilities

• Support organic influencer gifting across LG H&H brands by identifying creators, coordinating outreach, and managing shipments
• Help grow and maintain a pool of influencers, tracking key moments and maintaining relationships
• Aid in execution of internal influencer giftings and manage in-office gifting inventory
• Track and audit the internal influencer network regularly to ensure accuracy
• Assist with the organization and upkeep of influencer platforms such as Tribe Dynamics and Statusphere.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or Advertising from an accredited college
• 0-2 years of experience in related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
• Experience with image/video editing software is a plus.
• Ability to work well with cross functional partners with little oversight
• Demonstrated passion for social media and content creation.
• Active social media presence
• Experience in or highly interested in beauty
